Web and Wap Site Content We accept no liability for any Content contained on the web and wap sites which were uploaded by users of WapAmp. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of Content. You alone are responsible for the Content of your postings and any consequences of any such postings.
WamAmp does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, “Content”) that you post to WamAmp. After posting your Content to the WapAmp, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any Content on or through the WapAmp, you hereby grant to WapAmp a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, enable embedding, and distribute such Content solely on and through WamAMp. This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the WapAmp. The license does not grant WapAmp the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant WamAmp the right to distribute your Content outside of the WapAmp.
You represent and warrant that: - you own the Content posted by you on or through WapAmp or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and the posting of your Content on or through WapAmp does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through WapAmp.
WapAmp contain Content of Users and other WapAmp licensors. Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any content appearing on or through WapAmp. WapAmp contain proprietary Content of its own. (“Proprietary Content”). Proprietary Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws. WapAmp owns and retains all rights in the Content and Services. WapAmp hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the WapAmp Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the WapAmp Web or Wap and using WapAmp Services.
It is forbidden to put following content to WapAmp services:
* patently offensive activity to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
* harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
* exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
* contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
* displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
* includes material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner;
* provides any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses;
* provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
* advertising to any User to buy or sell any products or services through the WapAmp. may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Users. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the WapAmp in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent;
* displaying an advertisement on WapAmp pages, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the WapAmp on behalf of that person;
* promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
* using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;
* selling or otherwise transferring your profile;
* involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
* includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent.
